The transition period is quite hectic. In particular for people at the country level as we have the impression - and in fact it is the reality - we are completely forgotten! Although I am not in a "ERP country" this shift towards a more "modern" way of management is generating a lot of stress. For me and my family!!

This relates to various en_title_ments we are supposed to get in a timely manner: Education Grants, Rental Advances and rental subsidies. All of them have been forgottten and it is currently very hard to have access to them. Owning to our HRM staff in Geneva, we solved the first issue (Education Grant) for the time being. But now it is with the Rental advance (in this country we are obliged to pay ONE year rent in advance);

Unsure (yes) to be able to get the money in time and we lose all our credibility with landowner in a place where competition for housing is quite intense. He may be able to ask us to move out!!!

Non payment of rental subsidies since one year created domestic financial issues; and solution is not yet found!
From country perspective, it looks like a lack of preparedness for this shift and the limited number of staff both at UNAIDS and WHO - for this particular exercise - which is creating a lot of anxiety/anger amongst us and (I insist) our families.
Hope this will end soon.
